Lead end-to-end weapons system programs from concept through production and operational fielding. Provide cross-functional program leadership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and customers; manage schedules, budgets, risks, readiness, and program financials; run PMRs/IPTs, enable decision-making, and support capture and growth activities.

Build and deploy Foundry-backed full-stack applications to support manufacturing, supply chain, fleet sustainment, and operations. Design, analyze, and integrate avionics thermal management for unmanned aircraft. Perform heat transfer and CFD modeling, support trade studies and hardware design, plan and execute thermal tests, correlate models with data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Lead thermal design, analysis, and integration for UAV avionics and custom power electronics. Develop and validate hand-calculation, CFD, and numerical models. Drive trade studies, test planning, instrumentation, and model correlation. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and influence PCB/part selection and enclosure thermal designs to meet aerospace requirements.

Lead design and optimization of low-observable aircraft features, perform electromagnetic signature modeling and simulation, direct RCS testing and validation, partner with materials and multidisciplinary teams to mature RAM and coatings, translate threats into survivability features, and support program assessments and milestone decisions.

Lead design, development, simulation, testing, and integration of fluid and thermal systems for autonomous aircraft and ground platforms. Drive first-principles modeling, prototype validation, supplier selection, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring system-level thermal performance from concept through production.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance C++ and Python systems, integrate distributed systems and simulation tools, own CI/CD pipelines, debug real-time multi-threaded systems, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end integration across simulation and operational platforms.
