Leads and builds the Shared Services Engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, technical direction, architecture, delivery, and production operations. Owns the roadmap for shared services, SDKs, APIs, authentication, telemetry integrations, and customer-facing applications. Work includes authentication, telemetry integrations, customer-facing portals, reusable capabilities, and public APIs.

Leads Shield AI’s Procure to Pay business processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, configuration, data migration, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, vendor oversight, reporting, change management, user training, security controls, audit readiness, and ongoing finance systems optimization. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, implementation vendors, and leadership to deliver scalable, compliant processes and technology roadmaps.

Owns Finance Record to Report processes and leads the full Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, vendor oversight, stakeholder coordination, training, quarterly release readiness, systems support, automation, reporting, roadmap development, and SOX and segregation-of-duties compliance.

Leads Shield AI’s Order to Cash business processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, training, hypercare, quarterly release readiness, vendor oversight, process optimization, reporting, access controls, SOX compliance, and ongoing Finance systems strategy. The role bridges Finance, Accounting, IT, implementation partners, and end users while managing milestones, risks, budgets, and system enhancements.

Own the corporate FP&A function, including integrated three-statement modeling, consolidated planning, AOP, forecasting, long-range planning, cash modeling, liquidity forecasting, and Board and executive reporting. Partner with leaders to translate operational, production, contract, R&D, and go-to-market plans into financial outcomes. Scale planning infrastructure, improve automation, and guide capital allocation and strategic decisions.

Lead financial planning and analysis across defense programs and operational areas. Responsibilities include building forecasting and budgeting models, analyzing variances and KPIs, supporting EAC updates, monitoring program costs and inventory trends, developing Power BI and Excel reporting, assisting close processes, and partnering with program, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance leaders on business decisions and process improvements.

Supports program financial execution through forecasting, budgeting, EAC development, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and risk and opportunity management. Partners with program management, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance leadership to evaluate performance, monitor costs, improve reporting processes, and inform strategic decisions. The role also supports financial close activities, operational planning, dashboards, data transformation, and continuous process improvement.

Leads technical presales and capture efforts for Shield AI aircraft and autonomy products across Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. Develops technical strategies, proposals, RFIs, white papers, capability briefs, and customer solutions. Acts as a technical liaison among customers, business development, engineering, product, and program teams while supporting demonstrations, requirements discovery, competitive analysis, roadmap alignment, and GTM training. Travel of up to 25% is required.
