Lead design and development of high-performance composite and metallic aircraft structural components from concept through production. Ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and system integration while collaborating cross-functionally and guiding a team in fast-paced aerospace development environments.

Lead full sales lifecycle for Hivemind autonomy across U.S. defense and government accounts. Hire, mentor, and grow team members, create career plans, identify and remediate capability gaps, and negotiate cross-functional responsibilities.

Lead program-level finance partner responsible for forecasting, EAC, financial planning, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Build models, dashboards, and scalable processes; drive continuous improvement and industry best practices; mentor junior staff; support contract execution and program startup for complex government/defense programs.

Lead design and ownership of a fully integrated long-range three-statement financial model grounded in unit economics; drive LRP, scenario and valuation work; build cash flow and liquidity forecasts; partner with data/systems and business leaders to translate technical and operational plans into investor-grade insights informing capital allocation, M&A, and Board decisions.
