Lead mechanical design of rugged, deployable Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for next-generation UAS. Create CAD models and drawings, perform structural/thermal/fatigue analyses, run trade studies, oversee prototyping and testing, develop technical documentation, collaborate with manufacturing/suppliers, and support flight test campaigns to meet military and aviation standards.

Develop and optimize real-time Ground Control Station software for UAVs, building high-performance client/server systems, React/TypeScript UIs, telemetry processing, mission planning, and low-latency control. Develop and implement real-time sensor processing and multi-sensor state estimation algorithms (IMU, radar, cameras, GPS). Design pipelines, run field tests, integrate with cross-functional teams, and optimize for production on compute-constrained systems.
