Lead and mentor a team integrating and validating the Hivemind autonomy platform across SIL, HIL, and flight environments. Drive architecture and tooling for integration, review logs/telemetry/rosbags, triage cross-system defects, partner with Engineering/Product/Program teams, and ensure capabilities meet product and customer requirements while remaining hands-on in system integration and debugging.

Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes for advanced composite airframes. Develop SOPs and work instructions, collaborate with design/quality/production, perform RCCA, ensure aerospace standards compliance, and support efficient prototype and production manufacturing.

Design, build, and scale automated test frameworks and CI/CD infrastructure for distributed autonomy software. Develop Python tooling, GitLab CI pipelines, UI/API tests (Go/TypeScript), HIL simulators, and AI-assisted workflows. Integrate testing across simulation, edge, cloud, and hardware; analyze failures; improve coverage, observability, and verification for safety- and mission-critical aerospace systems.

Lead manufacturing process development and production scale-up for jet subassemblies. Define BOM/process flows, design ergonomic workstations, create operator work instructions, run time studies and SPC, implement error-proofing and ECOs, partner with quality, and mentor engineers to improve throughput, reduce costs, and ensure production readiness.

Drive supplier development for electronic assemblies (PCBA/SMT): audit processes, resolve manufacturing defects, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, enforce IPC/J-STD standards, support NPI, monitor supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risk with frequent supplier travel.

Design and integrate avionics electro-mechanical systems from concept to production, including packaging, harnesses, thermal and structural analysis, EMI/EMC compliance, PCB interfacing, validation, failure analysis, and flight test readiness while collaborating cross-functionally.
