Lead and scale V-BAT simulation capabilities by designing and integrating simulation tooling, managing a distributed simulation engineering team, aligning cross-functional priorities, creating workflows and documentation, and delivering simulation roadmaps, dashboards, and release processes to ensure safe, reliable aircraft development.

Design and develop complex hydraulic fluid systems and mechanisms for autonomous UAV launch/recovery. Perform CAD, tolerance and materials selection, structural calculations and FEA, prototype and test hardware, support pre-production and flight testing, and collaborate across disciplines to meet performance, schedule, and reliability goals.

Perform finite element modeling and analyses (static, modal, fatigue, vibration) for UAV structures; validate results with hand calculations; support structural test planning, data analysis, load definition, and cross-functional design optimization to ensure lightweight, safe airframe performance.

Lead design and prototyping of generative AI experiences for autonomy development; drive UX for Hivemind products; perform user research, collaborate with CTO and product leads, and deliver reference implementations and integrations across full-stack web and edge systems.

Lead integration, verification, and flight testing of Hivemind autonomy on Group 5 ACP systems. Own test strategy and execute multi-phase SIL/HIL/simulation/ground/flight campaigns, manage test readiness, safety-of-flight, and risk decisions, coordinate OEMs, government customers, and cross-functional teams, and define mission-level performance metrics.

Lead systems engineering for Hivemind-based autonomy products: define and manage requirements, develop system architectures and trade studies, coordinate hardware/software interfaces, support integration/verification/validation and testing, and identify and mitigate technical risks across the system lifecycle.

Lead a team designing, building, and releasing aircraft-focused software: OTA update systems, simulation/training apps, maintenance/operator tools, and flight-data pipelines. Coordinate with DevOps, Simulation, Integration & Test, and GCS to ensure secure, reliable, and integrated solutions for fleet and customer operations.

Investigate field-reported issues for complex hardware/software systems, perform root cause analysis, implement CAPAs, track reliability and defect trends, support failure reproduction and validation, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and reporting to improve fielded system robustness.

Owner of the Thrust Vector Control (TVC) system for X-BAT, leading requirements, design, integration, testing, flight support, and reliability. Collaborate with controls, airframe, and flight-test teams to ensure vectoring performance, analyze control authority and dynamics, manage interfaces, and lead failure investigations and system validation across the flight envelope.
