Lead execution and growth of Navy ISR programs as primary customer interface. Drive cross-functional program delivery, schedules, budgets, staffing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver mission-critical capabilities and position the company for follow-on awards.

Own CAD/FEA-driven structural lifecycle, material selection (composites/metal), testing, integration, verification, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards.

Administer and maintain Siemens Teamcenter and PLM environments, perform upgrades/patching, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, manage environment refreshes and deployments, support integrations with ERP/MES and CAD tools, provide user support/training/documentation, collaborate with infrastructure and vendors to improve PLM capabilities.

Develop and scale high-performance, deterministic aircraft subsystem models and simulation tooling in C++. Build infrastructure for automated testing (HITL/SITL, CI/CD), implement unit/system/regression tests, perform model verification and validation, analyze system performance, and collaborate with autonomy, embedded, GNC, and test teams to ensure simulation fidelity to real aircraft.

Lead product definition, roadmap, and adoption for the CTOs agentic AI portfolio. Translate strategy into requirements, KPIs, and milestones; run discovery, prioritize backlogs, instrument usage, and shepherd incubation-to-handoff for AI/dev platforms and foundation-model tooling.

Design, implement, and deploy safety-critical navigation and state estimation systems for aerospace platforms. Develop EKF and GNSS/INS integration, multi-sensor fusion for GPS-denied environments, FDIR and integrity monitoring, and V&V test plans. Support certification, requirements allocation, performance analysis, flight test evaluation, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Design and implement high-quality embedded C/C++ software for X-BAT UAV avionics, integrate across firmware, autonomy, and GCS; participate in architecture and code reviews; build test systems including virtualized and HIL simulations; develop CI tooling, prototypes, and technical documentation; collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and report to leadership.

Design, analyze, and deliver liquid cooling and thermal management systems for a jet-engine VTOL UAV (X-BAT). Own component/system design, supplier engagement, analysis/sizing, and support ground and flight test activities, including test-site travel.
