Lead integration of Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy stack onto next-generation aircraft from concept through production and operational deployment. Coordinate hardware and software alignment, manage integrated schedules, budgets, risks, readiness reviews, and flight test activities. Facilitate technical decisions, track financials and milestones, remove execution blockers, and support proposals and business development for autonomy integration programs.

Design, develop, and field high-performance Ground Control Station and C2 software using C++/Qt/QML and QGroundControl. Lead architecture and technical direction, mentor engineers, define APIs/ICDs, debug integration/latency issues, support field tests, implement post-mission debrief tools, and ensure interoperability with C2 standards.

Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes for advanced composite airframes; create SOPs and work instructions; collaborate with design, quality, and production; perform RCCA; ensure manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards using CAD tools.

Perform and validate finite element and hand-calculation structural analyses for UAV airframes and components. Develop FEMs, run static/modal/fatigue/vibration studies, support test planning and correlation, define loads/materials/margins, and present structural recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lightweight aerospace structures.

Lead propulsion test planning and execution for X-BAT, overseeing engine, hover, static, and integrated propulsion tests. Define test objectives, procedures, hazard analyses, instrumentation, and safety documentation. Provide technical oversight during runs, support root-cause investigations, and collaborate with autonomy, avionics, and instrumentation teams. Support field deployments and test campaigns.

Serve as the mission-systems SME for V-BAT fleet support, lead escalated investigations into payloads, transponders, and external interfaces, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking interoperability, support lab validation and field demonstrations, and produce customer-facing technical documentation and lessons learned.

Serve as the propulsion SME for Fleet Support, diagnose and resolve engine and fuel/oil system issues, analyze flight and maintenance data, develop troubleshooting and repair guidance, and drive corrective actions with propulsion, vehicle, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to improve fleet reliability.

Support avionics design, verification, procurement, manufacturing, and test for X-BAT. Execute test campaigns, perform environmental qualification, debug circuits, design PCBAs and harnesses, set up lab and prototype manufacturing, and document results.

Design and release propulsion hardware for a low-bypass turbofan UAV across engine, fuel, oil, and bleed air systems. Create CAD models/drawings (Siemens NX), apply GD&T, support manufacturing, testing, BOM/configuration control, analyses (hand calcs, FEA, GFSSP, REFPROP), and collaborate with production, flight test, and cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and automate electrical test systems and PCBs for UAVs. Integrate test fixtures, script test sequences (Python), perform environmental testing, and collaborate on cross-functional validation to ensure hardware reliability.
