Lead integration and validation of the Hivemind autonomy stack across simulation, HIL, and flight platforms. Configure sensors, drivers, communication interfaces, and platform adapters; develop integration tooling and CI/CD; analyze logs/rosbag to triage defects; collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure interoperability, release readiness, and end-to-end system compliance.

Lead quality initiatives across product lifecycle for autonomous aircraft, develop and maintain AS9100-aligned quality systems, perform RCA/CAPA, support NPI and production scaling, establish control plans and inspection strategies, apply SPC and capability analysis, mentor teams, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to improve process capability and product reliability.

Lead structural analysis for UAV airframes and components using FEA and hand calculations. Execute static, modal, fatigue, vibration, and damage-tolerance analyses; validate models against tests; support flight test correlation; optimize structures for weight, performance, cost, and manufacturability; mentor analysts; and coordinate cross-functionally to influence structural design decisions and standards.

Owner of the Thrust Vector Control (TVC) system for X-BAT, leading requirements, design, integration, testing, flight support, and reliability. Collaborate with controls, airframe, and flight-test teams to ensure vectoring performance, analyze control authority and dynamics, manage interfaces, and lead failure investigations and system validation across the flight envelope.

Support environmental and stress testing, failure analysis, and reliability assessments for VBAT flight hardware. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to implement design-for-reliability practices, participate in FMEAs and design reviews, analyze test and field data, and develop corrective actions and process improvements. Use data tools (e.g., Python) and occasionally travel to support testing or supplier engagements.

Manage and administer the company's industrial security program for classified government contracts. Serve as primary liaison with DCSA and government security reps; manage personnel security actions; maintain records in government security systems; develop policies and training; oversee classified document control and physical security; support inspections, audits, DD254 implementation, insider threat activities, and DCSA assessments.

Design end-to-end human-machine interfaces for UAV ground control station software. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma; apply human factors principles for real-time data visualization, conduct usability testing and simulations, and collaborate with engineers, pilots, and human factors experts to maintain scalable design systems.
