Lead V-BAT obsolescence and lifecycle strategy: identify and prioritize end-of-life parts and supplier risks, assess production and fleet impact, coordinate mitigation (lifetime buys, redesigns, alternate sourcing), maintain risk registers and mitigation roadmaps, and drive cross-functional actions with supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and operations to ensure sustainment and readiness.

Partner with PMs, engineering, supply chain, and leadership to improve visibility, drive EACs, risk/opportunity tracking, reporting, and financial decision-making. Lead design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of secure cross-domain solutions enabling mission-critical data sharing across Top Secret and classified networks. Responsibilities include architecture design, accreditation, security engineering, troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, vendor evaluation, upgrades, testing, and operational support in classified environments.

Design and develop mechanical and actuated systems for autonomous UAVs including concept, CAD, analysis, prototyping, testing, and production support. Perform kinematic and structural calculations, FEA, tolerance stack-ups, materials selection, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to meet performance, schedule, and reliability goals.

Maintain the enterprise fleet ledger and configuration history, build analytical infrastructure and dashboards, produce 6/12/24-month forecasts of availability, and deliver decision-ready briefings to senior leadership.

Lead platform cybersecurity for X-Bat across aircraft, mission systems, networks, ground systems, and support infrastructure. Define security architecture and requirements, drive RMF/STIG compliance, vulnerability management, and accreditation, and coordinate cross-functional integration and testing to ensure mission resilience and fielding readiness.

Lead design, analysis, and integration of avionics thermal management for unmanned aircraft. Develop and validate analytical, numerical, and CFD models, run trade studies, plan and execute thermal tests, guide cross-disciplinary teams, and influence electrical/PCBA thermal design decisions.
