Develop and test autonomy behaviors for unmanned systems using production C++. Implement features for behavior, coordination, motion planning, and survivability. Participate in full software lifecycle, integrate with sensors/actuators, support simulation and real-world testing, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 20% to support integration and testing. Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Lead mechanical design and spatial integration of secondary support structures and subsystem installations for aerospace vehicles. Develop CAD models, installation drawings, routing solutions (EWIS, hydraulic, ECS, fuel, pneumatic), perform fitment and tolerance analyses, define installation strategies, support procurement/fabrication and prototype builds, and coordinate across manufacturing, structures, avionics, systems, and test teams through design reviews and BOM management.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver defense UAV systems and capabilities. Manage customer relationships, schedules, budgets, risks, and program execution. Drive meeting cadence, resource prioritization, and reporting while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with leadership principles.

Lead the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision, prepare and review workpapers, journal entries, and disclosures. Coordinate with auditors and external advisors, support federal and state compliance, and partner with accounting, FP&A, and legal on tax impacts, planning, M&A, and indirect tax matters.

Design and develop complex electro-mechanical launch and recovery mechanisms for autonomous UAVs. Own concept through drawing release, perform kinematic and structural calculations, run FEA, prototype and test designs, and support integration and flight testing with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and operate structural test stands and fixtures with hydraulic actuation and sensor instrumentation. Develop and execute test plans, automate data collection and analysis in Python, perform FEA, correlate test results with design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate mechanical performance and safety.
