Lead integration of Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy stack onto next-generation aircraft from concept through production and operational deployment. Coordinate hardware and software alignment, manage integrated schedules, budgets, risks, readiness reviews, and flight test activities. Facilitate technical decisions, track financials and milestones, remove execution blockers, and support proposals and business development for autonomy integration programs.

Lead design, development, simulation, testing, and integration of fluid and thermal systems for autonomous aircraft and ground platforms. Drive first-principles modeling, prototype validation, supplier selection, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring system-level thermal performance from concept through production.

Lead development and scale-up of production processes and equipment for a next-generation aircraft line. Lead technical program management for Hivemind Catalyst customer programs: define roadmaps, manage scope/cost/schedule/risk, align software and product roadmaps, support proposals and SOWs, communicate with executives and customers, and drive cross-functional execution to deploy autonomous capabilities.

Design and implement embedded C/C++ avionics software for X-BAT UAVs, integrate firmware and sensors, perform architecture and code reviews, develop HIL/virtualized test systems, enhance CI/deployment tooling, and produce technical documentation to support product delivery and testing.

Integrate avionics, sensors, actuators, and payloads into aircraft and launch/recovery vehicles. Assist harness design, hardware bring-up, integration testing, debugging, root-cause investigations, and verification. Produce integration documentation and test procedures. Collaborate with mechanical, software, embedded, and manufacturing teams, support environmental/qualification testing, and drive continuous improvement.

Support government contracting cost accounting compliance by ensuring FAR/DFARS/CAS adherence, preparing incurred cost submissions, provisional and forward pricing rate proposals, assisting with DCAA/DCMA audits, reviewing contracts for pricing compliance, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate compliance risks.

Support avionics electrical engineering for the X-BAT across design, verification, procurement, manufacturing, and test. Perform benchtop testing with multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic load, and thermal chamber; design basic test fixtures, wire harnesses, and simple PCBs; rework boards to 0402; read and interpret schematics; collaborate on multidisciplinary hardware projects and drive project ownership and delivery.

Integrate and deploy autonomy software onto unmanned aircraft, prepare flight-ready systems, support on-site flight tests, debug hardware/software issues, collect and analyze flight data, collaborate across autonomy, GNC, and test teams, and support certification, compliance, and process improvements.

Lead vibration test programs: design and build instrumented test setups, run shaker table and modal tests, analyze frequency/time-domain data, correlate with FEA, investigate failures, and produce test plans/reports to qualify aerospace hardware.
