Lead technical program management for Hivemind Catalyst customer programs: define roadmaps, manage scope/cost/schedule/risk, align software and product roadmaps, support proposals and SOWs, communicate with executives and customers, and drive cross-functional execution to deploy autonomous capabilities.

Lead development and scale-up of production processes and equipment for a next-generation aircraft line. Define BOM/process flows, create operator-ready work instructions, implement MES/QMS controls, run time studies and kaizen, establish standardized work and audits, partner with Quality on in-process checks and FAI, drive root-cause corrective actions, and mentor other engineers to increase throughput and reduce costs.

Manage and drive execution of X-BAT propulsion development: coordinate engineers, suppliers, test campaigns, and cross-functional teams to meet vehicle milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure flight readiness. Translate technical status for leadership and facilitate reviews, schedules, and integration activities.

Build and scale Shield AI's corporate treasury: manage global cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, FX risk mitigation, banking relationships, debt covenant compliance, intercompany funding, and treasury controls while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Tax.
