Leads Neurocrine’s treasury and insurance functions, including liquidity, investments, banking relationships, capital markets, financial risk management, treasury technology, and global insurance programs. Establishes governance, controls, operating models, and technology roadmaps; oversees cash forecasting, financing, hedging, insurance renewals, clinical trial coverage, and strategic transaction support. Advises senior Finance leadership and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.

The Senior Accountant will manage stock-based compensation accounting, SEC reporting, SOX 404 compliance, and corporate insurance support, ensuring financial accuracy and process improvements.
