The Sales Development Representative will engage potential customers, generate leads, nurture relationships, and meet sales KPIs to drive revenue growth.

Support product development and production through documentation, testing, hands-on installation, hardware debugging, and contribution to product requirements. Develop SOPs, assist PMs with PRDs, resolve and document product issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide intermittent domestic support travel. Work onsite primarily in San Diego and coordinate with offshore engineering teams as needed.

Own the end-to-end vehicle data product roadmap from on-device CAN/J1939/OBD-II capture through the Vehicle Data Service. Define schemas, OEM integrations, ADAS integrations, and alert decoration. Produce PRDs, work with hardware/embedded/CAN/data engineering, partner with internal PMs, monitor data coverage and decode accuracy.

Produce clear installation SOPs and technical illustrations for fleet safety hardware; document mounting, cable routing, wiring integrations; design documentation templates; collaborate with Product Success and field engineers; perform field visits and travel to document vehicle installations and troubleshooting in industrial environments.
