Lead client onboarding, retention, and operational account management for PBM clients. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure service levels, manage implementations, resolve adjudication issues, analyze claims, and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Conduct quality audits of customer service, claims, and prior authorization interactions; provide call coaching, training, and feedback; analyze quality scores and trends; recommend workflow and training improvements; support Help Desk and occasional client-facing tasks; prepare reports and training materials to improve customer service performance.

The Principal, Digital Product Management leads product strategy and execution, overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring successful product performance and alignment with corporate goals.

Lead development and lifecycle management of consumer-facing digital products (web, mobile, connected devices). Drive prototyping, analytics, user journeys, omni-channel communications, cross-functional delivery, go-to-market planning, and stakeholder/client demonstrations to improve user experience and business outcomes in a healthcare/PBM context.

The Principal, Underwriting and Analytics oversees pricing and underwriting for client revenue, manages a team, and collaborates with Finance to optimize drug access and profitability strategies.
