Owns customer data quality operations end to end, including data-health monitoring, audit readiness, incident management, SLA performance, automation, reporting, and internal enablement. Leads offshore and vendor delivery teams, manages capacity and queue performance, develops SOPs and knowledge resources, and partners with Product and Engineering to scale AI-driven workflows. Lead definition and delivery of AI-powered capabilities for a sustainability real-estate data platform. Shape roadmap, partner with customers and data science, own end-to-end features, define evaluation and trust frameworks, and ensure data foundations support AI. Drive cross-functional alignment and use AI tools in product workflow.
