Lead enterprise talent management strategy, frameworks, governance, and transformation for a global workforce. Design and govern performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessment. Translate business strategy and workforce insights into scalable talent practices, partner with HR and learning teams, use talent analytics to measure impact, and influence senior stakeholders to drive consistent, equitable talent decisions across the organization.

Lead Illumina's enterprise learning and capability development strategy, designing scalable, AI-enabled learning ecosystems and blended development journeys. Partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to close capability gaps, measure learning impact, and embed continuous development in the flow of work while leading a team and influencing senior stakeholders.
