Lead the architecture and development of core robotics software, including hardware abstraction layers, telemetry, replay systems, and C++ middleware. Integrate sensors and hardware, optimize embedded system performance, migrate Python components to C++, and improve scalability, reliability, testing, and observability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with hardware, autonomy, applications, and QA teams.

Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ and Python software for robotic systems. Integrate firmware with ARM microcontrollers and peripherals using CAN, I2C, SPI, GPIO, interrupts, timers, and PWM. Participate in code reviews, GitHub-based source control, build systems, CI/CD, testing, technical documentation, and hardware-software integration. The role requires familiarity with embedded RTOS, multithreaded programming, Linux, Make/CMake, pytest, and laboratory equipment.

Develop, test, debug, and validate board- and system-level electrical circuitry for autonomous mobile robots. The role covers circuit troubleshooting, hardware documentation, test planning, compliance testing, electrical architecture, manufacturing support, and collaboration with international design and manufacturing partners. Responsibilities include working with processors, sensors, motor drivers, power systems, communication buses, and wireless technologies throughout the product development lifecycle.

Senior Product Manager responsible for defining strategy, roadmaps, and market opportunities for Brain Corp’s AI and autonomy platform. The role involves customer and partner engagement, market research, pricing and feature-tier definition, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, program management, sales, and marketing. The position requires regular domestic and international travel, including occasional off-hours work at customer sites.

Leads engineering operations, including engineering technicians, project engineers, R&D support, QA and test, production, and repair labs. Oversees manufacturing partner and supplier relationships, production process optimization, technical support projects, continuous improvement, budgets, resource allocation, and operational metrics. Drives Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, resolves complex technical issues, supports OEM production launches, and develops a high-performing engineering operations team.

Design, train, and deploy perception, SLAM, prediction, and motion-planning ML systems for safe navigation. Translate research into production C++/Python implementations, build data pipelines and evaluation infrastructure from fleet logs, optimize on-device performance, own end-to-end features from sim to fleet rollout, and mentor engineers across robotics, ML, and systems.

Lead technical direction for autonomy systems across perception, SLAM, prediction, and planning. Architect and ship ML-driven features from research to fleet, mentor engineers, drive hiring, and improve data, evaluation, and deployment infrastructure for embedded robotic systems.

Own and define operational metrics in BigQuery; validate and monitor data quality; build dashboards, lineage, and tooling; partner with engineering, product, and operations to turn analyses into repeatable KPIs and process improvements.
