Build and manage a partner pipeline, acquire and activate channel partners, conduct outreach, negotiate partnership agreements, and maintain CRM records. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams. Monitor partner performance metrics, report insights, and optimize channel strategy based on data and partner feedback.

Own and grow a state, local, and education sales territory by generating outbound pipeline, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and managing opportunities through close. Partners with marketing, sales, and technical teams on campaigns, events, launches, and customer communications. Analyzes product usage and campaign performance, reports KPI insights to leadership, conducts audience and competitive research, and experiments with new tactics to improve retention and revenue growth.

Owns strategic enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Responsibilities include driving product adoption, developing success plans, managing executive stakeholders, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, advocating for customer needs internally, and mentoring junior Customer Success Managers. The role requires measurable retention and expansion outcomes across complex, high-value SaaS accounts.

Own and improve PDQ’s go-to-market systems, with Salesforce as the core platform. Responsibilities include Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, permissions, reporting, integrations, data synchronization, troubleshooting, technical debt reduction, documentation, testing, and change management. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to deliver systems initiatives independently and communicate risks, dependencies, and solutions clearly.

Leads customer marketing strategy and a customer marketing team across onboarding, engagement, retention, expansion, renewals, and advocacy. Partners with marketing, product, and customer success teams on lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, customer feedback, events, cross-sell programs, and customer stories. Owns performance metrics including retention, NPS, expansion pipeline, and advocacy, using customer and product usage data to optimize programs and report recommendations to leadership.

Leads PDQ’s 30–50-person post-sale organization across customer success, onboarding, renewals, and technical support. Owns gross and net revenue retention, renewal forecasting, customer health metrics, support standards, onboarding improvements, expansion, and the transition into mid-market accounts while preserving self-service experiences. Reports to the President and COO and serves on the executive leadership team.
