Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, plan meetings and Board logistics, run front-of-house for Richmond office, support trade shows and multi-office events, manage vendor relationships and corporate cards, and partner with Chief of Staff on special projects and cross-functional coordination.

Own and manage the cross-functional project portfolio: maintain master tracker, report project health and risks, run steering and update meetings, translate strategy into workplans, coordinate stakeholders, drive PM tool adoption, and run post-mortems.
