Develop, deploy, and maintain deep learning perception models for autonomous delivery drones. Build resource-constrained real-time inference, improve existing models and pipelines, and collaborate with hardware, software, and flight-test teams to productionize safe, reliable perception features.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for commerce workstreams (checkout, merchant tools, partner APIs). Translate operational challenges into automated product solutions, partner with UX/Engineering/Operations, define and track KPIs, run experiments to improve product health, and manage stakeholder alignment across Legal, Policy, and Operations to drive scalable, revenue-driven commercial products.

Lead design and deployment of generative world models and sensor simulations to produce high-fidelity synthetic datasets for large-scale simulation. Integrate multimodal and diffusion models, advance sim-to-real transfer and domain adaptation, apply VLMs and world-modeling for controllable 4D environments, and establish AI infrastructure and testing frameworks to validate edge cases for autonomous flight systems.

Lead and scale Wing's global drone delivery operations: launch new markets, manage distributed multi-site and hybrid workforces, optimize unit economics and labor efficiency, integrate AI-driven tools into operations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and partner across product, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Lead a team converting simulation and flight operations data into actionable insights. Design evaluation workflows, automated triage, metrics, pipelines, and statistical methods to quantify performance and detect regressions. Define acceptance criteria for releases and connect operational findings to the engineering roadmap while partnering with engineering, flight operations, and analytics.
