Lead electrical, mechanical, and material failure investigations across drone aircraft components and subsystems. Identify root causes using advanced failure-analysis methods, electrical test equipment, schematics, and experiments. Drive corrective actions with design, manufacturing, reliability, and suppliers; provide technical guidance on BMS, ESCs, avionics, sensors, and other hardware. The role develops rigorous validation programs for autonomous delivery aircraft, integrates telemetry, automation, simulation, HIL, and SIL capabilities, and translates test findings into engineering, product, regulatory, and commercial decisions. It also generates traceable evidence supporting FAA and global aviation safety submissions.
