Lead and grow Gemini's institutional OTC and execution business by originating and onboarding hedge funds, prop firms, asset managers, family offices, and crypto-native institutions. Drive spot, derivatives, and structured flow, provide high-touch client coverage and trade ideas, partner with Trading to improve execution, develop new revenue opportunities, and inform product and go-to-market strategy. Leads technical modernization of the Compliance and AML/BSA/Sanctions program through AI automation and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include designing governed AI solutions, maintaining transaction monitoring and customer risk-scoring models, enhancing sanctions controls, building Python and SQL reporting solutions, integrating compliance tools, supporting AML risk assessments, and partnering cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into secure, auditable technology solutions.

Design and implement continuous enterprise risk-control monitoring across credit, fraud, operational, and compliance domains. Develop AI agents, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, predictive models, and risk-mitigation tools. Maintain AI and model-risk inventories, build dashboards tracking key risk indicators, and communicate analytical insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, Operations, Identity, and Product teams to instrument risk telemetry and maintain human oversight of automated outputs.

Develop and ship digital asset products and features, write automated tests, review code, and improve platform performance, maintainability, and security. Provide technical input during planning and design, support production systems, monitor risk systems, resolve processing issues, and coordinate project implementation. The role involves operating-systems-level software development and close collaboration across engineering, QA, and business teams.

Build and maintain driver-based financial models and forecasts, perform scenario/sensitivity analysis, and consolidate financial data. Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into plans, support ROI and pricing analysis, and drive revenue, expense, and cash forecasting. Produce KPI/variance analysis, prepare materials for earnings and investor communications, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.

Lead the Predictions partnerships program: identify and evaluate market makers, traders, data and distribution partners; structure commercial terms with legal/finance/compliance; manage partner onboarding and integrations cross-functionally; monitor liquidity/volume and competitive landscape; act as escalation point to ensure partner activity and product success.
