Define and execute go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for Manage and Fulfill products and the Conga Platform/Cloud. Conduct market segmentation, persona and competitive analysis, create content and enablement assets, support partner programs and events, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales, renewals, and revenue.

Own end-to-end renewals for a portfolio across the Americas: forecast and manage pipeline, negotiate contracts, mitigate churn, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success to hit GRRw/PI, NRR, and on-time renewal targets.
