Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, developers, and customers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, sequence work, and verify delivered features meet objectives and provide user value.

Manage and grow strategic insurance accounts by retaining revenue, resolving customer issues, and expanding Vertafore product adoption. Execute value-selling, present solution-based recommendations to executives, meet revenue and activity targets, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams. Requires use of sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce) and up to 20% travel.

Coordinate regulatory updates to insurance products, translate regulatory and business requirements into technical tasks, create and manage JIRA tickets, perform configuration and QA in production and test environments, maintain Kanban boards, and communicate impacts to stakeholders while supporting cross-functional project activities.

Design, build, and maintain UI and API automated tests and test frameworks across frontend and backend. Create test plans, database fixtures, CI scripts, and investigate production issues. Collaborate with product and development teams on testability, perform exploratory testing, and research new testing tools to improve coverage and quality.

Lead reliability, performance, and observability for multiple Vertafore products. Own SLIs/SLOs, incident response, error budget management, CI/CD and automation, and 24x7 on-call rotations. Manage managers and engineers, collaborate with Cloud Ops, Security, and Product to ensure scalable, highly available SaaS platforms.

Lead and scale a product marketing team for B2B SaaS across multiple product lines. Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, segmentation, competitive analysis, customer research, and cross-functional alignment. Implement AI and GPT tools to boost efficiency and content delivery while partnering with demand gen, sales, and product to support growth, retention, and customer advocacy.
