Guides analysts and operations teams on project execution, expert targeting, feasibility, and quality. Acts as the primary financial services domain expert, identifies new research opportunities, maps value chains, and partners cross-functionally to improve scalable AI-enabled research workflows and deliver differentiated, actionable insights.

Guide analysts and operations teams in project execution, expert targeting, feasibility, and quality control. Serve as the financial services domain expert, identify new companies and subsectors, map value chains, and generate differentiated insights for investors and corporate clients. Partner cross-functionally to improve research workflows, expand coverage, and maintain high-quality outputs.

Lead AlphaSense’s Search and Curated Experiences product areas. Set strategy and roadmaps for relevance, ranking, query understanding, document coverage, filtering, latency, reliability, and curated content experiences. Establish evaluation metrics and experimentation, partner with AI, Knowledge Graph, Engineering, and Design teams, and manage a product manager. Own the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch, analysis, and iteration while driving customer and business impact.

Leads the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operations of AlphaSense’s financial systems stack. Owns quote-to-cash and revenue recognition workflows across Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite; oversees implementations, upgrades, integrations, internal controls, audit readiness, vendor relationships, and ASC 606 compliance. Builds and manages a financial systems team while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and IT.

Lead and expand strategic enterprise financial-services accounts, including investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Own retention and expansion targets, forecast revenue, prevent churn, drive adoption, and identify whitespace opportunities. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs, onboarding, training, and value campaigns. Partner with sales and customer success teams on growth plans, communicate customer insights internally, and travel frequently to financial hubs for client meetings.

Build and operate AlphaSense's identity platform across user management, authentication, and authorization. Design scalable RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC systems, integrate authentication patterns (OAuth/OIDC/SAML), implement SCIM provisioning, and expose GraphQL/gRPC/REST APIs. Partner with security on SOC2/GDPR compliance, drive platform roadmap, champion testing, observability, and reliability, and operate autonomously from North America in close collaboration with the Helsinki team.

Design and deliver scalable prospecting methodology, training, playbooks, and coaching for SDRs/AEs/AMs; partner with RevOps and leadership to drive tool adoption, build signal-to-pipeline workflows, run pipeline initiatives (ABM, nurture, social), and measure KPIs to demonstrate pipeline impact.

Develop key enabling tools, streamline processes, create reporting, and optimize sales processes within the international revenue organization to drive productivity.

Lead product marketing for premium content, proprietary data, and Tegus Expert Call Services. Own positioning, messaging, launches, GTM strategy, and sales enablement. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Competitive Intelligence to drive awareness, adoption, pipeline, and expansion. Build and grow a high-performing PMM team, run market/customer research, translate complex capabilities into role-based value props, and create sales assets and operating rhythms to connect GTM with product.

Sell AlphaSense solutions to financial services clients (hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, sell-side research). Own full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, trials, forecasting, and closing. Build pipeline, partner with marketing and product specialists, gather market feedback, and travel to clients as needed.
