Manage complex global equity administration workstreams, including RSUs, ESPP, options, grants, reporting, tax withholding, compliance, and Section 16 transactions. Process and review transactions in E*TRADE Equity Edge Online, maintain audit-ready procedures and controls, coordinate with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Accounting, and People Operations, support system and automation initiatives, review financial metrics, and educate employees on equity programs.

Lead and grow a product management team for Datadog's Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC). Define vision, strategy, and roadmap to enable petabyte-scale ingest, index, search, analytics, and reporting in an AI-first environment. Partner with BYOC, Log Management, BitsAI, Platform, GTM and Solution Architects to drive onboarding, security/compliance offerings, and market adoption; gather customer insights and present to industry analysts.

Lead end-to-end global sales enablement programs: diagnose performance gaps, design multi-faceted change strategies, align cross-functional stakeholders, drive adoption at scale, measure impact using data and dashboards, mentor junior PMs, and apply AI-enhanced tracking and reporting to demonstrate business outcomes for Sales and Customer Success.

Lead and grow multiple Code Security products and PM team to drive strategy, roadmap, GTM, pricing/packaging, and execution to achieve large revenue targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams, represent product externally, mentor PMs, and use data-driven insight to prioritize features and deliver customer value.

Operate and scale a high-throughput Kafka streaming platform: investigate incidents, optimize performance, integrate open-source components, develop control and data plane tooling, tweak low-level client behavior, drive complex projects, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage a team of 3–5 technical writers to create and maintain public product documentation (APIs, SDKs, developer and security tools). Partner with Product and Engineering, research via product experimentation and code review, interview SMEs, and improve documentation standards and processes with the community.

Partner with sales to provide technical expertise during trials and POVs, deliver product demos and presentations, qualify and technically close complex opportunities, maintain CRM notes, and relay customer feedback to product teams. Support evaluations and communicate value to customers while traveling up to 45% of the time.
