The Sales Development Representative will prospect and generate leads, qualify them, and assist in Datadog's sales growth through collaboration and outbound outreach.

Prospect, qualify, and generate leads for Datadog by conducting outbound outreach, scheduling discovery meetings, and partnering cross-functionally to demonstrate Datadog's value for cloud and digital transformation. Learn and apply sales methodologies to identify customer needs and grow into sales roles.

Manage semi-monthly US payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday; process hires/terminations/status changes, garnishments, 401(k) feeds, equity transactions, and resolve payroll discrepancies. Support Canada and Latin America administratively, collaborate with Finance, SOX and 401(k) auditors, maintain payroll records, run audits, and respond to payroll/tax inquiries.

Embedded within Sales, manage account distribution, prioritization, and coverage. Support field operations and Salesforce hygiene, deliver reporting and root-cause analysis, resolve rules-of-engagement conflicts, design process improvements, prototype AI-assisted automations, and partner with Revenue Operations and Global Strategy to implement tooling and governance.
