Build analytics models, dashboards, and automated reporting; conduct global market benchmarking; assess internal equity; and provide data-driven recommendations. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong quantitative analysis, clear communication, and process documentation, with preferred experience in Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or SQL.

Supports compensation programs, including executive compensation, annual planning, global market entry, and mergers and acquisitions. Analyzes internal and external data, conducts benchmarking, evaluates equity and incentive programs, supports public-company disclosures, and develops actionable recommendations for People, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and leadership stakeholders. The role also partners with People Business Partners and contributes to compensation governance, integration, and harmonization initiatives.
