Prospect independently, build territory relationship maps and pipeline, understand customer needs, sell cloud and observability solutions based on value and ROI, negotiate enterprise terms, expand existing accounts, develop business drivers, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise or mid-market closing experience, proven $1M+ sales performance, $100K+ average deal sizes, SaaS or IT infrastructure experience, and regular client travel.

Manage creative operations and production across design, video, motion, illustration, and experiential events. Coordinate creative teams, stakeholders, vendors, freelancers, and production partners; oversee intake, routing, assignments, workload visibility, procurement, contracts, and tooling. Administer and optimize project management and asset management systems, improve workflows, and identify automation and AI opportunities to increase team efficiency and delivery quality.

Design, research, and benchmark machine learning algorithms for anomaly detection, error outlier analysis, and faulty deployment analysis. Defines the function’s strategy, operating model, policies, and playbooks; manages headcount planning, resource allocation, and organizational design; improves processes; handles sensitive escalations; and partners with Finance, Legal, People, and business leaders. The role requires executive-level support expertise, strong discretion, systems thinking, and travel to global offices and conferences as needed.
