Use APIs, scripting, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve onboarding, access changes, offboarding, auditability, and operational resilience. Partner cross-functionally on security, SOX controls, zero-trust initiatives, and complex identity issues while mentoring engineers and reducing manual administration.

Own the technical architecture and roadmap for enterprise IAM centered on Okta. Design and improve SSO, authentication, lifecycle management, identity governance, access reviews, provisioning, and least-privilege controls. Build integrations with Workday and enterprise applications using APIs, scripting, Terraform, and automation. Strengthen SOX controls, reliability, documentation, and deployment practices while serving as a senior escalation point and mentoring engineers.

Leads the architecture and technical roadmap for enterprise identity and access management centered on Okta. Designs secure onboarding, lifecycle, authentication, provisioning, governance, access review, and least-privilege processes. Builds integrations and automation using APIs, Terraform, scripting, and Okta Workflows; supports SOX controls, audits, incident resolution, and zero-trust initiatives. Establishes engineering standards, improves operational resilience, mentors engineers, and serves as a senior escalation point for complex identity issues.

Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for Braze’s B2B SaaS offerings. Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, revenue forecasts, and performance KPIs to improve customer value and profitability. Lead cross-functional launches with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success, while establishing scalable monetization frameworks and operational processes. Serve as an executive source of truth for portfolio revenue and pricing decisions.

Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for Braze’s B2B SaaS offerings. Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, and revenue performance; build forecasts and financial models; establish KPIs; and lead pricing changes from analysis through launch. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, and other teams while creating scalable monetization frameworks and communicating recommendations to executives.
