As an Account Executive, you will build relationships with customers, understand their challenges, present solutions, and drive revenue growth by closing new business.

Provide in-person and remote IT support including Mac endpoint and mobile device administration, account provisioning via Okta/Google Workspace, JAMF/Google MDM management, AV and conference room support, basic wired/wireless network troubleshooting, IT asset procurement and inventory, and create knowledge-base documentation to support employee onboarding and day-to-day technical needs.

Provide deliverability consulting and troubleshooting for Braze customers: manage tickets and portfolios, run investigations and audits, remediate blocklists/spam traps, plan IP warming, monitor email metrics, and lead strategic deliverability projects and customer education.

Lead technical pre-sales for Retail accounts across the Americas: own discovery, demos, workshops, and technical validations through close. Partner with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Services to shape solutions, ensure smooth handoffs, and mentor the Solutions Consulting team. Contribute reusable assets and help customers adopt Braze and BrazeAI capabilities. Role requires travel and hub-office hybrid work.

Provide customer-facing email deliverability consulting: troubleshoot deliverability issues, manage tickets and customer portfolios, perform audits and investigations (blocklists, spam traps, ISP issues), assist with IP warming and reputation monitoring, deliver performance analysis and long-term strategic planning, and partner cross-functionally to improve customer email programs and internal processes.

Lead technical pre-sales for Retail accounts: run discovery, deliver demos/workshops, design POVs/validations, own deal strategy, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and promote adoption of Braze and BrazeAI features.

Design, build, and operate AI agents and decision-support systems embedded in GTM workflows. Conduct stakeholder research, prioritize problems, ship and iterate on agent outputs, monitor adoption and quality, and scale reusable solutions across sales and customer-success motions while staying closely embedded with field teams.

Lead technical pre-sales for Retail accounts: run discovery, deliver demos/workshops, design POVs, own deal strategy, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and support adoption of Braze and BrazeAI capabilities.

Serve as a customer-facing deliverability specialist: troubleshoot deliverability issues, run audits and analyses, manage customer portfolios, advise on IP warming and ISP/blocklist remediation, monitor email metrics, and lead strategic deliverability planning and projects to improve sending reputation.

Design and operate AI agents and decision-support systems for GTM workflows. Embed in field motions, translate stakeholder research into prioritized backlogs, ship and iterate on production solutions, monitor adoption and quality, and scale reusable intelligence across revenue teams.
