Lead the Applications & Integrations team to own Salesforce and GTM/CX application architecture, governance, integrations, and middleware (Tray.io/Workato/MuleSoft). Ensure SOX/ITGC compliance, data modeling sign-off, automation delivery, stakeholder partnership, documentation, change management, and hands-on escalation support for application stability and audit readiness.

Own Braze’s global AWS partnership strategy, Strategic Collaboration Agreement, roadmap, governance, executive alignment, and commercial targets. Drive co-sell motions, AWS Marketplace transactions, pipeline and revenue growth, product and integration priorities, and joint AI initiatives. Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and AWS stakeholders while representing Braze in the broader ecosystem.

Own Braze’s global strategic partnership with AWS, including the Strategic Collaboration Agreement, multi-year roadmap, executive governance, co-sell motions, Marketplace revenue, product integrations, and joint AI initiatives. Drive cross-functional execution across sales, product, marketing, engineering, and AWS teams while setting commercial targets and expanding pipeline, revenue influence, and ecosystem impact.

Owns enterprise sales across NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS teams and leagues, focusing on net-new acquisition and expansion. Builds account plans, maps complex buying committees, runs consultative sales cycles, delivers executive business value assessments, negotiates deals, maintains Salesforce forecasts, and partners cross-functionally on pipeline development and onboarding. Represents Braze at sports industry events and travels for in-market meetings.

Own Braze’s global AWS partnership strategy, Strategic Collaboration Agreement, governance, roadmap, executive alignment, commercial targets, and co-sell execution. Drive AWS Marketplace, private offers, CPPO, EDP/PPA burn-down, ACE pipeline sharing, integrations, joint AI initiatives, and regional go-to-market programs. Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and AWS stakeholders to convert partnership activity into pipeline, revenue, and ecosystem growth.

Own enterprise sales across NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS accounts, balancing net-new acquisition with expansion of existing relationships. Build account plans, map stakeholders, run consultative sales cycles, deliver executive business value assessments, forecast in Salesforce, and partner cross-functionally on deal structure and onboarding. Represent Braze at sports industry events and connect its customer engagement platform to ticket revenue, sponsorship activation, retention, and fan engagement outcomes.
