Manage and lead a systems engineering integration and test team for PAC-3 seeker development and production. Ensure technical quality across analysis, integration, and algorithm development; coordinate with program stakeholders, primes, and government; define scope, bid work, monitor schedules/financials, hire and develop staff, and deploy engineering best practices.
