The Senior Product Review Engineer will analyze and resolve issues for the KC-46 Tanker program, engage in root cause analysis, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational integrity and safety of the aircraft.

Develop and improve quality processes, systems, equipment, and metrics for aerospace products and services. Analyze requirements, evaluate nonconforming materials, conduct audits and scientific evaluations, test and approve products and measurement systems, and perform root cause and corrective action analyses. Support configuration management, design and product reviews, supplier and regulatory compliance, process capability improvements, and quality planning changes. This is a 100% onsite, union-represented role in Wichita, Kansas.

Manages a finance team overseeing purchased parts, internal manufacturing parts, raw materials, and physical inventory. Consolidates and analyzes budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, bill-of-material costs, and inventory data. Develops financial metrics to improve accountability and business performance, and presents reports that guide operating decisions. The role requires cross-functional project coordination, strong communication, organizational skills, and people management.

Leads complex electronic products projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary resources, breaking statements of work into tasks, tracking performance against baselines, managing changes and corrective actions, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, and leadership. The role also supports portfolio execution and new business initiatives while translating program requirements into engineering requirements.

Designs, develops, analyzes, and verifies RF, digital, and optical communications payloads for space applications. Responsibilities include requirements development, trade studies, system algorithms, MATLAB-based simulations, link and performance analysis, supplier oversight, hardware procurement, design reviews, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and on-orbit operations support. The role supports satellite programs throughout their full life cycle and requires active U.S. Secret clearance and 100% onsite work.

Lead a team of approximately 10 spacecraft structural analysis engineers. Manage technical priorities, budgets, staffing, hiring, task assignments, mentoring, peer reviews, knowledge-sharing activities, analysis process improvements, employee work products, and design review content. Serve as the primary contact for structural analysis team needs while ensuring customer requirements and company objectives are met.

Lead and scale the global supply chain organization across procurement, subcontracts, supplier management, demand planning, inventory, logistics, and shipping. Develop supplier partnerships, mitigate supply risks, establish long-term agreements, improve processes and KPIs, support manufacturing ramps, and ensure cost, quality, delivery, and reliability objectives. Build high-performing teams and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management.

The Senior Product Review Engineer will address fleet defects related to the KC-46 aircraft, ensuring safety and operational functionality through technical problem-solving and collaboration.

Lead structural analysis for Boeing 787 interiors using hand calculations, FEA, and dynamic simulation. Provide technical oversight of supplier documents, develop structural requirements, coordinate load cases and interfaces, lead test plans and certification documentation (CFR Part 25), support failure investigations, mentor team members, and collaborate with domestic and international suppliers.

Designs, delivers, and leads the Guidance, Navigation, and Controls subsystem for small satellite programs. Responsibilities include GNC design and analysis, flight control software development and verification, sensor/actuator selection, interfacing with systems and program teams, managing cost/schedule/risk, supporting satellite integration, test, and on-orbit operations, and providing technical leadership and mentorship as the REA for program GNC delivery.
