Lead technical project engineering for commercial airplane interior modification projects (737/777/787). Develop integrated project plans, schedules, certification strategies, and SOWs; support proposals; run technical design reviews; manage IPTs and cross-functional teams; resolve emergent technical issues; monitor project performance and risks; lead process improvements; support certification and supplier interactions. Some domestic/international travel (~10%).

The role involves overseeing test preparations, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining test laboratory activities in a tech environment.

Support program-level software quality processes across the SDLC, perform process and product audits, plan and verify test activities, support configuration management, investigate non-conformances, work with suppliers and regulatory stakeholders, and report software quality metrics to improve product quality and manage risk.

Develop, execute, and automate tests for non-embedded .NET software supporting the Tomahawk program. Create test plans and cases, perform manual exploratory testing, write automation scripts, log and verify defects, track QA metrics, and collaborate in an Agile environment under DoD security requirements.

Design, develop, and lead front-end software and human-machine interfaces. Translate requirements, lead code reviews and system-level analyses, research and implement modern UI technologies, and ensure alignment with project plans, standards, and customer needs for space and ground systems.

Perform systems safety and mission assurance across the program lifecycle: analyze hazards, identify root causes, recommend mitigations, validate and verify designs via tests/inspections, document compliance with safety standards, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with stakeholders and regulators to ensure airworthiness and mission success.

Manage engineering teams focused on RF and RCS system development, overseeing project plans, technical processes, and team development while maintaining partnerships with stakeholders.

Develop and implement composite manufacturing processes, tooling, and production readiness plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IPTs to improve manufacturability, streamline delivery operations, and drive continuous improvement using data analysis. Participate in design reviews and maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout manufacturing.

Design, prototype, and integrate multi-sensor fusion algorithms combining IR, RF, and offboard data. Define requirements and interfaces, architect data flows, implement and optimize algorithms for real-time embedded processors, lead verification and field testing, produce technical documentation, and communicate results to stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and own end-to-end algorithm lifecycle from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
