Optimize manufacturing systems for aerostructures by analyzing workflows, balancing production lines, developing time standards and standard work, conducting capacity and cost studies, improving product flow and facility layouts, and supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives in a high-rate aerospace manufacturing environment.

Lead and manage engineering teams developing RF, EO, and core avionics for a classified aerospace program. Drive technical integrity, program execution, supplier oversight, safety, EVM reporting, MBSE usage, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and staff development while ensuring compliance and mission assurance.

Provide certification engineering support for FAA and ODA activities for the KC-46 Tanker, managing certification tasks, reviewing certification artifacts, coordinating across programs and disciplines, preparing FAA meeting materials, handling FAA correspondence, resolving technical/certification issues, and educating program engineering on certification processes.

Assist in documenting structural and interior payload system requirements and developing/modifying designs using 3-D CAD. Support tests to validate components, help manage supplier development and production activities, and work under close supervision to meet program goals.

Lead certification planning and integration for post-production airplane modifications across Boeing platforms. Define and maintain certification plans, validate compliance with FAA (14 CFR Part 25) and EASA, coordinate cross-functional teams, track certification status and risks, and drive issues to closure through FAA acceptance for ATC/STC projects.

Lead environmental strategy and compliance for the 787 Program and BSC site. Oversee permitting, reporting, regulatory engagement, and integration of environmental requirements into construction and operations. Mentor staff, drive continuous improvement using data analytics and Lean/Six Sigma, and prepare executive briefings.
