Provides production engineering expertise for commercial aerostructure manufacturing. Develops quality- and cost-effective production methods, standards, and systems; applies quality, industrial, and manufacturing engineering principles; supports continuous improvement; conducts technical research; coordinates cross-functional activities; and guides less experienced manufacturing support staff. The role requires expertise in composites, manufacturing processes, and shop-floor support, with preferred experience in SAP, Lean, Six Sigma, RCCA, and process improvement.

Write requirements, design and implement features, perform integration and system testing (including classified environments), troubleshoot and fix issues, integrate with government-furnished systems, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with operations, spacecraft engineers, cybersecurity, and technicians to support mission data processing and verification.

Develops and maintains system requirements, interface specifications, verification matrices, and traceability throughout the systems engineering lifecycle. Performs requirements allocation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, and technical issue resolution across engineering disciplines. Supports product design, procurement, integration, testing, verification, and validation for a Department of Defense program. The role requires collaboration with chief engineers, subject matter experts, and technical leads.

Leads systems safety activities for military aerospace laboratory testing, including hazard identification, risk assessment, safety requirements, mitigation verification, compliance, and incident investigations. Reviews test and engineering plans, leads Safety Action Groups, develops safety analyses and corrective action plans, supports customer and regulatory demonstrations, and promotes safety management practices across aerospace test programs.

Provides HR partnership to Boeing’s distribution, warehousing, and logistics teams across the U.S. and Canada. Advises employees, managers, and senior leaders on HR issues, engagement, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, performance, career progression, and organizational effectiveness. The role also develops and executes employee engagement and remote-site strategies while aligning HR programs with business outcomes.

Leads integrated product team planning and execution for space electronics programs. Develops project architecture and top-level plans, integrates schedules and cross-functional interfaces, resolves project issues, coordinates program metrics, applies program management best practices, and manages customer communication. The role is fully onsite, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance, and may require up to 10% travel.

Analyzes, models, and validates structural loads and dynamic responses for missile systems and subsystems. Performs finite element, modal, vibration, shock, transient dynamics, and impact analyses; applies military standards; leads root-cause investigations and design optimization. Collaborates with design, test, manufacturing, suppliers, and external agencies, prepares engineering documentation, supports testing and trade studies, and mentors junior engineers.

Design and validate thermal products (MLI and protection) and mechanical/fluid subsystems for government and commercial satellites. Perform 3D product definition, thermal/mechanical/fluids analyses and testing, manage suppliers, and develop design/analysis tools and future concepts to meet program requirements.
