As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you'll optimize merchant lifecycle processes, manage lead routing, support attribution tracking, and collaborate across teams to enhance lead management efficiency.

Evaluate, structure, and price consumer asset-backed transactions; develop capital structuring, pricing, and quantitative loan-performance models; and provide funding strategy insights. Lead experimentation, UX development, research, analytics, regulatory collaboration, international expansion, and roadmap execution from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner closely with product, design, engineering, research, analytics, legal, compliance, and international teams.

Lead cross-functional operations enablement programs that improve servicing scalability, compliance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Define strategy, roadmaps, execution plans, and performance metrics; oversee knowledge management, training, technical documentation, change management, and operational readiness. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, executives, and vendors across global teams. Use data and continuous improvement methods to scale processes, support launches and regulatory changes, and coach contributors.

Lead the design and operation of automated compliance monitoring for consumer lending: translate regulations into rule-based data checks, own exam and audit data requests, triage exceptions, drive automation, steward compliance data, and provide technical mentorship to a supporting analyst. Produce audit-ready, reproducible evidence for regulators, bank partners, auditors, and senior leadership.

Lead technical direction and delivery for the Acquisition & Onboarding full‑stack team. Build and maintain mobile (React Native/native) and web experiences, backend services at scale, and operational tooling. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, ensure reliability/monitoring/on‑call readiness, collaborate with product and design, and improve dev processes, testing, and release practices to impact conversion and retention.

Lead independent validation and governance of credit and fraud models, build automated Python monitoring for model drift and performance, drive remediation with model developers, and liaise with audit and regulators to support Affirm Bank's model risk management.

Leads and develops a software engineering team building consumer-facing mobile and web experiences. Owns technical strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, architecture, reliability, performance, incident response, and operational improvements.
