Designs scalable merchant solutions for Affirm’s enterprise customers by leading technical discovery, architecting integrations, supporting pre-sales activities, developing demos, and advising sales, engineering, and product teams. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor, influences product priorities through customer feedback, creates reusable enablement materials, and supports complex e-commerce, checkout, payment, and point-of-sale implementations.

Lead end-to-end analytics for major platform partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and informing product, investment, risk, and pricing decisions. Conduct complex analyses, design experiments, build scalable data models, metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows, and translate findings into business recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue, and Strategic Partnerships while mentoring analysts and improving analytical practices.

Owns delivery of backend money movement and card ledger systems, leading engineers through complex problems and ambiguity. Collaborates with product, design, analytics, and engineering stakeholders; defines scalable technical solutions; supports system availability, monitoring, on-call operations, code quality, and engineering standards. The role also includes mentoring and developing team talent while building highly available distributed systems for Affirm’s financial products.
