Lead site identification, negotiation, and management for Zipcar locations. Build external partnerships, manage contracts and budgets, coordinate with fleet/operations, use data to optimize network growth and member experience.

Lead design and development of Zipcar's core platform and mobile apps, define product requirements with engineering, build billing experiences, identify partners/vendors, prototype with UX, and drive platform health and member success KPIs.
