Generate qualified sales opportunities for Workhuman’s mid-market business by prospecting HR leaders, executives, and decision-makers through phone, LinkedIn, and email. Partner with Account Executives to identify target companies, understand business needs, and create commercial opportunities. Success involves consistently booking 7–10 qualified meetings weekly, developing outbound sales and executive communication skills, and progressing toward an Account Executive career.

Analyze and visualize large customer datasets, build production-grade data models and scalable data products, automate manual analytical workflows, and create AI-assisted, conversational, and self-service analytics experiences. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into actionable solutions while collaborating across teams and experimenting with generative AI and modern data technologies.
