The Territory Partner represents Trupanion as an Independent Business Owner, building relationships with veterinarians and educating them about pet health insurance to drive enrollment and commissions.

Lead and mature the enterprise IT PMO, translate CIO strategy into executable roadmaps, manage portfolio prioritization, financials, and risk, drive delivery across agile/waterfall models, engage executives and board with program metrics, and build high-performing PMO teams to ensure predictable, value-driven technology outcomes.

Lead hands-on design, architecture, and implementation of public and internal web platforms. Mentor engineers, enforce quality, performance, accessibility, and security best practices. Drive CI/CD, monitoring, production incident response, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, and Marketing. Manage and improve AP, AR, Procurement, and Commission processes to ensure GAAP compliance. Perform commission calculations, system testing, reconciliations, cash forecasting, and support audits. Manage core accounts payable and accounts receivable functions: process AP payment runs and record payments in Workday, generate invoices and statements, apply incoming payments, resolve collections, respond to billing inquiries, support monthly close and SOX compliance, prepare finance deliverables and reports, and implement process improvements while collaborating across teams.
