Responsibilities include expanding process inventories, enhancing risk assessment processes, executing risk assessments, managing risk reporting, incident management, and implementing risk management technology. Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in risk management at a FinTech company, familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Enterprise Risk Manager will oversee the implementation of the enterprise risk management framework, identify and mitigate risks within the Fintech line of business, manage risk registers, and ensure compliance with risk management processes. This role also includes the development of risk metrics, conducting risk assessments, and providing advisory support on risk strategies.
