The Retail Account Executive will drive sales for the Toast Retail platform by prospecting, building relationships, and customizing solutions for convenience stores and grocery outlets.

The Retail Account Executive will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts for the Toast Retail platform using a consultative approach, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring successful delivery.

Lead QA strategy and automation for software and hardware drive-thru products. Design and maintain test frameworks, validate AI (voice, vision) and hardware integrations, support pilots and field deployments, create test plans and regression suites, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable releases and customer success.

Build and maintain cash forecasting, implement and optimize treasury management systems and automation, design dashboards and reporting for liquidity visibility, develop SOX-compliant treasury policies, and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Tax, and banking partners.

Serve as the first step in the sales pipeline by executing high-volume outbound/inbound outreach, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings for Account Executives, and developing toward a full-cycle AE role. Maintain daily activity metrics (100+ outreach actions), host qualification calls, and hand off qualified opportunities while applying feedback and improving performance.

Drive new customer growth for Toast within Spanish cuisine restaurants by following up leads, conducting discovery calls and demos in Spanish, creating quotes and contracts, closing deals, and coordinating onboarding. Build trusted relationships, understand competitive landscape, and deliver a language-inclusive sales experience while communicating internally in English.
