Leads enterprise infrastructure strategy and platform engineering across OpenShift, Kubernetes, automation, virtualization, networking, and cloud transformation. Designs highly available Kubernetes platforms, develops Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation, establishes GitOps deployment standards, and drives security, observability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Designs and maintains OCC’s cloud analytics data warehouse, ETL pipelines, data models, ingestion frameworks, and supporting infrastructure. Uses AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Python, SQL, Docker, CI tools, Vault, and workflow orchestrators. Responsibilities include warehouse optimization, access controls, testing, documentation, data governance, analyst support, self-service enablement, and training. Collaborates with data platform, DBA, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, business-oriented datasets.

Manage and automate AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, messaging systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Build Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Harness, and Helm automation; deploy VM- and container-based applications; implement security, monitoring, failover, performance tuning, and least-privilege access controls. Analyzes requirements, ensures security, performance, reliability, audit, and quality standards, supports production issues, and conducts risk analysis. Mentors developers and collaborates with business analysts, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams. Develops event-driven and distributed solutions using Java, cloud technologies, messaging platforms, databases, DevOps tools, and automated testing frameworks.

Owns Investor Education’s visual identity, brand standards, video strategy, and digital content production across web, email, social, print, and events. Manages video production, website updates, accessibility compliance, performance metrics, and user experience improvements. Coordinates business continuity, management self-testing, compliance documentation, and risk remediation. Partners with internal teams and external vendors, supports events and departmental projects, and provides guidance to interns and junior marketing staff.

Manage day-to-day database administration staff and operations to ensure availability, integrity, and recoverability of corporate databases. Support project and production databases, review/approve design changes, coordinate cross-department activities, hire/train/evaluate staff, and manage budget and departmental objectives.

Develop scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, distributed event-driven systems, and real-time AWS applications supporting financial market clearing and risk operations.
