Lead solution architecture for OCC's next-generation clearing system: design distributed, cloud-native, event-driven and batch systems (Kafka, microservices, Kubernetes), define architecture standards and NFRs, guide implementation, collaborate with DevOps/security, document decisions, and mentor engineering teams.

Support the Director of Operational Risk by conducting IT and security risk assessments, maintaining risk inventories, generating Archer reports, coordinating with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit, communicating results to governance, and enhancing ORM methodologies and automation.

Perform security risk assessments for third parties and new technologies, collaborate with engineering and threat teams on onboarding/PoCs, oversee security observation risk tracking, review configuration compliance for Windows/Linux, prepare executive reporting, manage intake and remediation tracking, and support audit/compliance validation and knowledge transfer to analysts.

Support pricing, market-data integrity, and margin/haircut programs for cleared products. Analyze valuations, reconcile model outputs, manage vendor data, administer SEC/CFTC margin programs, lead process improvements, support system development, and serve as SME for regulatory programs while mentoring junior staff and interacting with Clearing Members and regulators.

Maintain integrity of price data and support SEC/CFTC margin and haircut programs (RBH/CPM, OFRA/SPAN). Reconcile valuations, monitor intraday markets, evaluate market data vendors, set risk parameters, support clearing members and regulatory inquiries, conduct risk analytics and studies, coordinate system enhancements, document procedures, and train new team members. Occasional travel required.
