Lead L1/L2 environment operations team to manage incident lifecycle, enforce SLA governance, reduce alerts and MTTR, own runbooks and documentation, and coordinate escalations across platform, security, and application teams. Implement AI-based security capabilities, maintain CI/CD/cloud integrations (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins), automate with scripting, troubleshoot incidents, apply security architecture principles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.

Lead security governance for policy, procedure, standards, and control lifecycle aligned to NIST CSF. Support regulatory and internal audit remediation, manage governance programs and working groups, advise senior stakeholders, and oversee responses to third-party security requests. Drive continuous improvement of controls, compliance posture, and self-testing of Security Services.
