Design, implement, verify, and transition digital subsystems (FPGA, microcontrollers, ADC/DAC, DRAM) for radar/EW products. Develop, support, and troubleshoot LabVIEW and PLC software for aerospace test stands; design and commission test cell control systems; resolve control and communication issues; respond rapidly to customer needs and support testing of aerospace hardware.

Ensure product quality and compliance by managing NCR/MRB, leading CAPA investigations, performing FMEA, supporting NPI and sustaining manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement within the QMS.
