Lead implementation of new manufacturing techniques for aerospace NPI. Review designs for manufacturability and cost, manage MRL and UPC models, drive APQP/Flawless Launch artifacts, coordinate suppliers, plan capital for tooling/test, manage RTY targets, facilitate production readiness and transitions, support program scheduling, cost takeout, DFx and cross-functional IPT activities to meet program milestones.

Perform circuit and 3D/package simulations, device selection, layout, lab measurements, design reviews, foundry mask release support, manufacturing/test readiness, technical reports, mentoring, and lead IR&D and cross-functional activities.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of the PROS pricing application. Serve as technical and functional SME, translate complex sales and commercial requirements into scalable pricing solutions, and integrate PROS with Salesforce, SAP, CPQ.
