Support project engineering for F124/F125 turbofan programs: manage smaller projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor schedule/budget/risk, support suppliers, testing, production and requirements management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead global machining sourcing strategies to lower total cost, ensure supply continuity, and manage ~$1B annual spend. Build executive supplier relationships, mentor sourcing teams, lead negotiations, manage supplier performance across lifecycle, address obsolescence, protect technical data/IP, and drive cross-functional sourcing projects from strategy through execution.

Lead strategic direction and recovery of supply chain project management for Defense & Space customers (Boeing, Northrup Grumman). Provide inspirational leadership, oversee end-to-end supply chain projects, optimize production and delivery, drive continuous improvement, and align initiatives with business objectives.
